Visit Hanover Parish


Hanover Parish is situated on the north coast of Jamaica and is known for its stunning beaches, lush tropical forests, and colorful culture. It's home to the popular tourist destination of Lucea, which boasts a unique 18th-century architecture and a vibrant farmers' market. There are also several other towns in Hanover such as Green Island, Williamsfield and Sandy Bay.

One interesting historical fact about Hanover is it was home to former Prime Minister Norman Manley who was born here in 1893. His birthplace - named Kensington House - still stands today as a national monument.
